Our commitment to Diversity, Equity, Inclusivity & Justice
Amélie is committed to making our workplace welcoming, inclusive and safe. We stand together as allies and promise that discrimination of any kind is not tolerated. We strive to be equitable and compassionate at the office, in our work, and within our industry.
Evolving Together
We're bold in our commitment to be active allies and take a firm stand. While we recognize that we can't fully understand every nuance of oppression, we're dedicated to listening and standing in solidarity. Our passion is undeniable. We're on a journey of learning and self-awareness, acknowledging past oversights. Our goal is to consistently strive for improvement and make a positive impact.
Redefining DEIJ
To us, DEIJ is more than just an acronym. Diversity reminds us to cherish the richness of every individual's journey. Through Equality, we commit to leveling the playing field, so everyone gets their fair shot. Inclusion is our promise to make every voice feel heard, valued, and integral to our community. And Justice? It's our compass, guiding us to challenge and rectify biases and ensure fairness in all we do. DEIJ is the heart and soul of our shared vision for a brighter, more inclusive future.
Our goal is to increase the percentage of staff who identify outside of “White/Caucasian” by 10% in any category by the end of 2024.
