Account Supervisor / Hybrid Remote
Experience: 7-10 years of account and project management experience in an advertising agency environment. This position reports to the Executive Director
Requirements:
- Strong written, verbal and non-verbal communication skills
- Ability to develop and help sell an effective presentation
- Broad industry knowledge and a passion for advertising
- Superior project management skills, detail-oriented, pride of ownership, accountable, team player, organized, and a strategic-thinker
- Ability to collaborate across account, creative, PR and media departments
- Eagerness to learn the overall strategy of the client’s business as well as understand the overall marketing mix
- Ability to review, comprehend and share feedback to a group
- Ability and willingness to work overtime as needed and with little notice
- Industry experience in production (e.g. TV and radio production, working with a producer and/or production company)
Responsibilities:
- Formulate marketing strategies, programs and concepts for clients
- Manage day-to-day activities with clients
- Write presentations, reports and general business correspondence
- Manage client projects from proposals through invoicing
- Coordinate project flow with traffic manager
- Develop broadcast, print and Web advertising campaigns
- Ensure accuracy and efficiency of all materials and collateral produced
- Provide ad copy on occasion
- Write creative briefs
- Collaborate with designers, translators, and writers to develop collateral
- Prepare and support production brief to production manager to get bids from printers and other outside vendors as projects dictate
- Present campaign plans and proposals to clients for approval
- Correspond and coordinate closely with clients
- Manage production of marketing collateral from concept to printing within
- budgets, timelines and graphic standards
- Manage interactive marketing projects from concept to programming and testing within budgets, timelines and graphic standards
- Provide updates of client activity to principals and traffic manager
- Train and coordinate activities for AMs
Other Duties:
- Participate in ad campaign brainstorming and branding strategies for Amélie Company and other clients
- Traffic and time management using software program
- Support other agency/client business and projects on occasion as needed to help team members
Not required, but a huge plus:
- Degree in Advertising, Marketing, Mass Communication, or similar.
Compensation:
$75,000 – $90,000 annual salary based on experience. Benefits include 20 days PTO, Bonus Incentive Program, Annual Wellness Stipend, 401K/Roth match, health insurance benefits, paid holidays + office closure from Dec 24 – Jan 1, flexible hybrid work model and more.
